As a local guide it's been my lifelong dream to become a local at an old school pub walking distance from my home. At the Squarerigger I realized that dream.
This is your friendly neighborhood pub if you're looking for one. The beer selection is satisfying and they order their food from a nice little quality restaurant upstairs called Mani's. Fresh warm food if you're looking for a bite. The place has ample space to seat large groups and a friendly bartender.
I'm now in Europe but I'm already looking forward to the next visit at the Square pub in October.
Well priced, authentic bar. Will was very knowledgeable with the menu, and certainly recommend the electric golf cart shot
Very out of the ordinary pub, the vibes, the people, the food were very satisfying and I highly recommend.
A neighbourhood pub filled with local personalities. I highly recommend the Saturday-night karaoke even if you don’t sing, because it’s a lot of fun. The beers are good, but the scotch is excellent … the St Andrew’s Cross in the corner is not just for show! They don’t have a kitchen, but do have agreements with neighbouring restaurants to make it easy for you to order from them.
